Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return

• Email us at support@elmcrestshop.com with your order number
• We'll provide a return shipping label or return address
• Ship the item back to us
• Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items used, installed, or modified
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
